Westrex Warranty |
Westrex International warrants hardware products to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for a period of one
year from the date of shipment. Westrex International’s obligation under this
limited warranty shall be to repair or replace the defective item, at Westrex
International’s sole discretion. Said warranty service shall be performed at
Westrex International’s designated repair facility.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE: Customers must call the Westrex International service department at 617-254-1200 to obtain a
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned to Westrex
International must be sent freight prepaid with the RMA number marked on the
shipping label and packaged appropriately for safe shipment (you may request a
fax of the recommended packaging method). It is recommended the shipment be
insured and sent by a method that allows for package tracking. The repaired or
replaced product will be shipped to customer, at Westrex International’s
expense via United Parcel Service’s ground service (if the product is within
the warranty period and applies to shipments within the United States only).
