Spare in the Air
Program

Westrex International will work with any domestic customer to develop a “Spare in the Air Program” that reflects the level of service you require. Spares are purchased by you, kept at a Westrex repair facility, shipped the same day when requested by 3 PM EST. 

The failed/replaced unit is packed and returned to Westrex (Using the package material that was used to ship the good spare in) , for testing and repair (If repairable) and returned to service (inventory). 

Westrex International will track all spares to assure a speedy and timely return to service.

Shipping costs are paid for by charging directly to your packaging delivery company account number.
