Westrex Warranty
　　 Westrex International warrants hardware products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Westrex International's obligation under this limited warranty shall be to repair or replace the defective item, at Westrex International's sole discretion. Said warranty service shall be performed at Westrex International's designated repair facility.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE: Customers must call the Westrex International service department at 617-254-1200 to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned to Westrex International must be sent freight prepaid with the RMA number marked on the shipping label and packaged appropriately for safe shipment (you may request a fax of the recommended packaging method). It is recommended the shipment be insured and sent by a method that allows for package tracking. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped to customer, at Westrex International's expense via United Parcel Service's ground service (if the product is within the warranty period and applies to shipments within the United States only).

Out of Warranty

　　If the original packaging is not available then follow the guidelines listed below:
　　　1) All items should be packed in a cardboard box. The box should be rated to have a minimum burst weight of 175 lbs.
　　　2) The item should be wrapped with "bubble wrap" prior to installing the item in the box.
　　　3) Before placing the printer into the shipping box a layer of styrofoam packing material referred to as "peanuts" should cover the bottom of the box.
　　　4) There should be at least two inches of open space between the item (already wrapped with bubble) and the box (in which it will be shipped) on all six sides (four sides, top and bottom).
　　　5) Once in the box, "peanuts" should be added to all sides and the top of the unit. This will insure the item does not float around the box and get damaged in transit.
　　　6) The shipping label should be placed on the top of the box and clearly marked with an RMA number.
