Customers may call the Westrex International service department at 617-254-1200 to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for out of warranty products. Products returned to Westrex International designated repair facility must be sent freight prepaid with the RMA number marked on the shipping label and packaged appropriately for safe shipment (packaging instructions page on this web site). It is recommended the shipment be insured and sent by a method that allows for package tracking.
